AhDream Smith is a multi-disciplinary artist who is always exploring new ways and avenues to express herself. During the pandemic she has found herself expanding her portfolio of work, shifting from the theater to the screen and mixed mediums. She recently made her screen directorial debut with her award winning mini short film, Happy Anniversary, and this Fall she will be curating a community art installation for the town of Chapel Hill as the2021 Arts Everywhere Innovative Grant Recipient. Outside of her own creative pursuits, she is a company member of Play Makers Repertory Company, an educator at UNC-Chapel Hill (M.F.A. Acting 2022) and a proud member of Actors Equity Association.
