Emmalie El Fadli was born in Cambridge, England but soon left for France, where she lived for 6 years. It was there that she found her love for scriptwriting, at a very young age, starting off by writing ‘fake’ episodes of her favourite TV shows. After that she moved to Colorado, USA where she lived until she was 17 and then moved back to England where she graduated from university with a 2:1 in Editing and Post Production. She’s now a Film Editor living in London, England.
In 2016 she made her directorial debut with ‘Seasons’, a lesbian short film which now has almost 900k view on youtube. After that she went on to co-write her first lesbian short film ‘The Date’, which she produced back in 2018 (which you can find on this site).
