Shay Revolver is a writer/director whose short films and web series have screened at multiple festivals and series, most notably The Difficult Kind (shown at Video Drunk screening series, Exploding Cinema & Five Lamps Film Festival) and Beg. Borrow. Steal. a web series (Hollyshorts NYC and Video Jam) . Her films focus on strong female characters, anti-heroes and try to combine social issues with something entertaining and thought provoking. When she’s not making films she spends her time playing roller derby, reading comic books, engaging in D & D campaigns, playing video games, enjoying time with her kids, going on pocket adventures and writing more films to shoot.
