Paige Sciarrino is a screenwriter, filmmaker, and actress based in the NY/NJ area. Her premiere screenplay, Rolling , played at festivals across the country, most notably at the Golden Door International Film Festival, named the #1 film festival in New Jersey by New Jersey Stage Magazine and has been placed on the 2018 Top 50 Film Festivals by Movie Maker Magazine. She is currently developing a feature film about similar subject matter to her sophomore film, the blue light stays on , which premiered at the Garden State Film Festival after playing at the Big Apple Film Festival. She is also developing a short film/proof of concept alongside actor and writer Alejandro Hernandez called, “How to Die in New Jersey”. Her films examine snapshots of everyday life and are usually shot entirely in New Jersey, her home state. She is a guest writer on short series, “Driven” and additional screenwriting can be seen on actor reels, as she is a freelance writer for reel creating service at Writer in the Dark, a film collective which she is a founding member of.
