Emily Andrews, Laura Nordin, and Jen Pogue are a collaborative and creative producing team who have brought audiences theatrical releases and the festival runs of such feature films as Cocksure Lads – The Movie and Burning, Burning, Warren P. Sonoda’s action thriller Things I Do For Money, Gord Rand’s absurd dinner party comedy Pond Life, Astrid Van Wieren and Jon Michaelson’s heart wrenching social work drama The River You Step In, and Canadian legend Don Shebib’s feature film Nightalk which is currently in post-production. They have produced award-winning short films which have been official selections for Film Festivals all over the world such as Jessica Jessica which is currently airing on CBC’s Reflections Program and on Amazon Prime, Stuck currently streaming on Amazon Prime and Short of the Week, Case of the Massey Bodice Ripping currently available on Highball TV, and Orchid which received the Toronto ACTRA Women’s Committee Toolkit Grant and is now available for streaming on NSI Canada. Upcoming short films currently on the festival circuit include Age of Dysphoria starring Gordon Pinsent and Laura Vandervoort, the all-female horror film Best Friends Forever, and Torching the Dusties adapted from Margaret Atwood’s darkly comedic short story.
