1:1 PRODUCTIONS
Founded in 2016 by Tina Huang and Karla Mosley, 1:1 Produc-tions’ mission is to champion women of color in front of and behind the camera. 1:1 believes that since the ratio of women to men on average in the world is 1 to 1, that the same ratio should apply to Film, TV & Digital projects lead by women and men.

To that end, they employ at least 75% women in key positions on all of their crews. 1:1’s first short film, Xin, screened at 9 festivals across the US, on TV, and had a screening at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). It was nominated for Best Narrative Short at Blackstar Film Festival and won for Best Performance at the Tide Film Festival.

1:1 co-produced Wed-Locked, a comedic web series, which premiered at the Downtown Los Angeles Film Festival and was also one of the selections at the Pan-African and Cleveland International Film Festival.
